Nuka-Cola Girl
I wish Corax White had a nicer texture, but it's definitely the whitest white paint in my collection, so that's what I used for this miniature for Fallout: Wasteland Warfare. In the Fallout universe, the Nuka-Cola Girl is an advertising character, but for the game the writers made her into a playable persona; hence, the need (?) for a miniature. My magnifier gave me the confidence (of a sort) to try really fine details such as the pinstriping on her arms and legs. My lines aren't the straightest, but not so long ago I wouldn't have even tried.

That white looks like Liquid Paper. You could try thinning it and then use more coats. Pure white is generally hard to work with in any case.
Betty Crocker is also completely fictional. That makes me feel cheated every time I make one of her cakes, and I own one of her mixers. At one point the Betty Crocker people hired an actress to portray her, so she did have a corporeal presence if not a real persona. As far as I know, the actress was very pro-nuclear and would often hang around bunkers and missile silos pressing buttons at random. That makes sense given what we know of the Fall-Out world.
