First Baron, Last Baron

Readers of this blog will know that the Burger Baron chain holds a special place in the hearts of many Canadians, among them my brother and me. Behold this poster for The Last Baron, a documentary about the strange history of Burger Baron, for Sean gets a special credit on that very poster for being one of the very first to back the film's production. How amazingly cool is that? I hope this gets released on physical media, because I'll definitely pick it up.

The one day out of the Catholic year where we absolutely cannot have meat - I mean yes, there are others, but this is The Big One - here we have the documentary about the world's best mushroom hamburger. Well, Christ had his cross, and the rest of us have to salivate on Good Friday.

That Sean gets this credit is really amazing! We may need a crowdfunder to shoot the documentary about the funding Sean provided. I have no doubt Daddy Woodsbucks: How Sean Woods Funded The Stars would be equally interesting, given how you and he have talked about Burger Baron in the past.

Me, I'm going to go eat my raw carrot now.

A virtuous Good Friday can be followed by an indulgent Half-Decent Saturday!

I should point out that all backers at a certain level got their own customised poster. Still, it's rad. I think my name will be in the credits of the feature length version, as well.

Hmm, well, then parts of the Daddy Woodsbucks project may have to be fictionalized a little. Thankfully, the cute moppet orphan can be the first thing we cut to save on production.
