Grilled Applewood Smoked Cheddar and Parmesan on Sourdough, 2020


I cooked this a few minutes ago, and then I ate it. It was really good! I can cook! I can cook...this.

  1. I’ve seen many a grilled cheese go completely pear-shaped, and eaten many a “meh” iteration, so if you made a good one (and it both looks and sounds as though you did), you indeed have cause to celebrate.
