Today I attended an introductory PowerPoint course at the University of Alberta. I picked up some pretty good tricks, while at the same time putting together a silly Star Trek presentation. If I knew how to turn it into a movie, I'd post the whole thing, but since I don't, here's the opening slide.

I know I can use Photoshop to make slides into a video. Also, in PowerPoint there should be File>Save&Send>Create A Video, which saves your dingus in .wmv. Or at least it did four or five years ago, the last time I looked at PowerPoint. Honestly, it puts me to sleep. The dark room, the droning voice, and slides...
Fortunately, Captain Sluggo's presentation is far more hands-on than "Ensign" Woods (slumming with the underclass again?). Sluggo tapes numbered firecrackers to the controls the cadet is expected to press, and ignites them. The cadet them must operate the correct controls within the time alotted or else have fingers/tentacles blown off.
