I spent all my free time this weekend painting these 20 miniatures. A few minutes ago, I went out to the garage to varnish them. Unfortunately, I picked up my spray can of primer instead of varnish. I realized my mistake after a couple of seconds, but now all these minis are covered in grey mist. Hours of work, ruined by carelessness.

Aiyee, I feel for you. That is a blow. There's nothing like making a critical error as the very last step. You aren't the only one, and you won't be the last, if that helps.
The last time I did something like that, I put labels on everything and hand-lettered warnings with Sharpie. My art supplies look like I stole them from a kindergarten.
