Sometime during the summer of 1987, I gave a thumbs-up to a glow-in-the-dark Frisbee and a bottle of Windex. And I shot of photo of this insignificant moment - on film, no less.
If that's an official Wham-O Moonlighter glow in the dark frisbee, then that's something of a collectors' item and may have some value. Well, not a lot of value, but they are kind of rare.
Apparently professional frisbee athletes used to melt them down to make glue to repair more expensive frisbees. The Moonlighter is like the 1968 Dodge Charger, in that quite a number of them got wrecked for the greater good, or for seven seasons of The Dukes Of Hazzard.

It was in fact a Wham-O Moonlighter, but I have no idea where it is today.
